At Sallio, Larry is loving the variety and inspiration he draws from the many nations around the Mediterranean Sea, and can’t wait to impress you with his latest masterpieces.
They say that behind every great man is a great woman, but Karen (Momma) Williams is right out front. Karen has been feeding people since she was twelve, when she took a job working in the kitchen at a girl’s home. She brought this love of feeding people into every part of her life, and many of Dallas’s finest restaurants, and has spent most of the past decade working at Larry’s side as General Manager.
It’s Karen’s job to impress you and your family at the door, so we make it a family (and a few friends!) affair. Drop by any time, and come hungry. You’ll find Karen and a few of the kids (Aubrey, Matthew, Nikki, Jennifer, or Morgan), and one day a grand kid or two, there to greet you with a smile and make sure your meal is perfect from beginning to end, and all you have to do is eat!
